Return Policy

NO CASH OR CREDIT CARD REFUNDS

WE GUARANTEE OUR CDs, DVDs & GAMES TO BE FREE OF DEFECTS FOR 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.

Items are guaranteed for 30 days against DEFECTS ONLY

Returns are accepted based upon the defective condition of the merchandise – not the content or previous ownership of the item.

ORIGINAL RECEIPT AND STATE ID REQUIRED.

ONLY DEFECTIVE items will be repaired or replaced with another copy of the SAME TITLE. Store Credit or an exchange for another item will ONLY be issued if a replacement copy of that item is not available.

ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE AS/IS AND ALL SALES FINAL – REPAIRS ONLY.

Opened “NEW” items will only be replaced with a copy of the SAME TITLE. If a replacement copy of a “NEW” item is not available in the store at that time, a store credit will be issued for that item and a replacement copy will be ordered.

Unopened “NEW” items may be exchanged for another item or returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Listening Stations are provided to ensure your satisfaction with music purchases.
Special Orders

Special Orders of CDs, DVDs, and Videogames are available at all of our store locations.

Pre-payment may be necessary for certain types of products.

Special Orders usually arrive within seven business days. Items that are back-ordered will take longer.
Buying Policies

You must have a valid government issued ID to sell us merchandise.

All customers selling merchandise to us are required to sign a Record Of Purchase form with the following information: Name, ID #, Number of Units Sold, Dollar Amount Paid and Signature.

We reserve the right to issue a check as payment when the total dollar amount purchased exceeds the minimum cash requirements of our stores.

Customers buying merchandise from us may be served while we process your buy. We appreciate your patience.

We do not buy merchandise that is known to be or represented as stolen.
